Controls and VSD’s

Air Knife Systems has developed a unique blower control system, known as Line-i, which automatically sensors the presence of product and controls the state of the blower. The blower only runs when Line-i detects product on the line, therefore no wastage of electrical power and unnecessary wear & tear of the system. Line-i, makes sure our blowers are warmed-up & cooled-down therefore prolonging bearing life.  The Line-i control system also means our installations are ‘plug-&-play’, no need for program existing line controls to accept the blower system – unless our customer’s request line integration.

Air Knife Systems has an economical range of propriety VSD’s which are essential for the HP range of blowers and recommended for most other applications. Customers can choose their preferred VSD if required.
